Divorce Recovery

Divorce Recovery is an eleven (11) week class designed to help individuals and their children through many of the issues associated with divorce. Whether you are separated, newly divorced, or divorced many years, this program is designed to meet you where you are, learn from where you have been, and help you get where you need to go.

Teen Intensive

Over a four-week period each teen and their family will acquire strategies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, low self–esteem, family conflict and boundaries.

Survivors of Sexual Abuse Group

This group is for women only (age 21+) with history of sexual violence. In this group we will discuss: the effects of abuse on identity and relationships, healthy coping strategies to manage anxiety, depression and other symptoms.

Understanding Emotions from the Inside Out

During this Spring Break psycho educational group, your child will learn about the five major emotions, joy, anger, disgust, fear, and sadness. After this week they will be able to answer the questions “what is this emotion?” and “what do I do with it?”. On Friday your child will go home with a self–regulation tool box they can fit in their backpack or keep in the car for on–the–go meltdown management.
